Information you provide
If you email us, submit a tool, or request a human AI Stack Audit report, we receive the information you choose to send. This may include your name, email address, company or website, product information, current software stack, workflows, budget range, and questions.
Forms and email delivery
Public forms are transmitted through FormSubmit to contact@aitoolsessentials.com. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card data, confidential client data, health information, or other sensitive material. The AI Stack Audit is strategy-only and never requires account access.
Analytics
The site is configured to load Plausible Analytics on the production domain. Plausible is used for aggregate page and referral statistics and is configured without advertising cookies. We do not use analytics data to build individual advertising profiles.
Local browser storage
The site may use local browser storage to count outbound-link interactions on your device. This data stays in the browser unless a separate analytics event is explicitly enabled.
Free Stack Audit on your device
The public Stack Audit runs entirely in your browser. In-progress answers are kept in sessionStorage for that browser session. A lasting save uses localStorage only if you click “Save on this device.” Share links store state in the URL fragment; exact spend is omitted unless you explicitly opt in. Print, PDF, JSON, CSV, and text exports are created locally. AIToolsEssentials does not receive or store Stack Audit answers, tool names, spend, or use cases from that page. Analytics events from the audit, when enabled on the production domain, are coarse only (started, completed, export, CTA) and do not include tool names, spend, or use cases.
Payments and memberships
Keep/Cut Weekly is a separate free Beehiiv list. The instant Stack Audit stays on your device. If you join Paid Premium through Whop, payment and membership information is handled by Whop under its own privacy terms. AIToolsEssentials should not receive or store full payment-card details.

Retention and deletion
We retain correspondence and submissions only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose provided, operational records, dispute prevention, and legal obligations. To request deletion or correction, email contact@aitoolsessentials.com.
Sharing
Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the site, including hosting, form delivery, analytics, email, and—when activated—payment/membership processing. We do not sell submitted personal information.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit personal information for a child.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
