Open verification questions
  • The exact free-plan credit allocation was not exposed consistently on the public pricing page and is therefore not stated.
  • Promotional unlimited-generation model coverage can change and is governed by Adobe's current promotion page and offer terms.
  • Adobe does not warrant that output is non-infringing, unique, or copyrightable.
  • IP indemnification is plan- and contract-specific, particularly for enterprise offerings, and should not be assumed for every Firefly subscription or beta feature.

Adobe's official Firefly FAQ and policy statements say Adobe does not train Firefly foundation models on customer content; current Firefly models use licensed content such as Adobe Stock and public-domain content. Adobe's General Terms say users retain rights and ownership in their Content and Adobe does not claim ownership. The Generative AI User Guidelines state that output may generally be used commercially; if Adobe specifically designates a beta feature as non-commercial, output from that feature is personal-use only. Credits renew monthly and do not roll over.

Leonardo AI

Official individual pricing lists Free with 150 Fast Tokens daily; Essential at US$12/month with 8,500 Fast Tokens/month and a 25,500-token rollover-bank cap; Premium at US$30/month with 25,000 Fast Tokens/month and a 75,000-token rollover-bank cap; and Ultimate at US$60/month with 60,000 Fast Tokens/month and a 180,000-token rollover-bank cap. Concurrent-generation limits are 2, 3, and 6 for Essential, Premium, and Ultimate; queue limits are 5, 10, and 20. Premium and Ultimate include unlimited relaxed generation on specified image and video models, subject to fair-use queues and supported-model restrictions.

Open verification questions
  • The reviewed current Terms clearly allocate ownership but do not provide an equally explicit standalone commercial-use license for free-tier users; commercial rights for free-tier output should not be inferred.
  • Team, enterprise, top-up-token, and API prices vary or require separate pricing paths and are not included in this individual-plan summary.
  • Unlimited relaxed generation applies only to listed supported models and remains subject to slower queues and fair-use controls.
  • Leonardo does not guarantee that output is unique, copyrightable, accurate, or free of third-party rights.

The Privacy Policy and Terms were last updated 2026-01-19. Under clause 8.3, paid subscribers own the intellectual-property rights in Content they create, to the extent permitted by law, and Leonardo assigns any corresponding interest it has. Under clause 8.7, rights in free-subscriber Output vest in Leonardo. Paid subscribers can mark Content private; clause 8.5 says Private Content is not used, retained, analyzed, or processed for AI training or new-product development without express written consent. Clause 8.6 gives Leonardo a perpetual, transferable license to Public Content for service operation, promotion, improvement, AI-model training, new offerings, and commercial purposes.
