Its March 16, 2026 consumer-training article says consumer chats and coding sessions may be used when the user allows such use. Official documentation confirms the rename to Vibe and three modes: Work, Code, and Chat. Free-plan conversations may be used to improve models with an opt-out; Pro, Team, and Enterprise conversations are not used for training by default. Connectors and uploaded library documents are not used for training. Consumer terms assign Mistral's rights in outputs to the user, but consumer access is expressly personal; business integrations and products distributed to third parties are directed to Mistral's commercial terms.
