Official billing documentation and the live pricing page identify the current public plan structure. The Free plan has no commercial license; shared Free output requires ElevenLabs attribution. All paid plans include commercial rights provided the output was generated during the paid subscription, the user holds the necessary underlying rights, and the use complies with applicable law, the Terms, Prohibited Use Policy, and Service-Specific Terms. Paid-subscription output may continue to be used commercially indefinitely. Beta Services are excluded from commercial and production use. ElevenLabs says it uses certain submitted data to improve its models, but any user can disable 'Improve the models for everyone'; the opt-out applies to newly submitted data. Enterprise data is not used for training by default except as necessary to provide the contracted service. The Prohibited Use Policy bans replicating another person's identifiable voice without consent or legal right, harmful impersonation, and deceptive failure to disclose AI generation.
