- Jasper's public self-service terms permit model improvement using Customer Property; separately negotiated Business or enterprise contracts may contain different data-use restrictions that are not publicly verifiable.
- No universal word, generation, or token limit is stated on the current public pricing page.
- The public privacy page does not present a concise AI-training control comparable to the explicit model-improvement clause in the Terms of Service.
Official pages describe Jasper as a marketing-focused platform with Canvas, Jasper IQ, Brand Voice, Knowledge Base, Audiences, agents, content pipelines, AI Studio, Grid, APIs, and more than 30 supported languages. Jasper's public self-service Terms of Service define inputs and outputs as Customer Property, state that Jasper claims no ownership over Customer Property, and say Customer Property remains the customer's. However, those same terms grant Jasper a royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license over Customer Property and state that Jasper uses Customer Property, including inputs and outputs, to provide, maintain, and improve the services, including developing and enhancing Jasper's AI models. Jasper's security page says customer data is retained for the agreement's duration and afterward according to its Data Retention Policy unless a written deletion request is received. The public terms checked were effective May 30, 2025.
