Make

At the displayed 10,000-credit tier: Free is $0 with up to 1,000 credits/month; Core is $12/month; Pro is $21/month; Teams is $38/month; Enterprise is sales-led. Most module actions use 1 credit, while AI features using Make's AI Provider can consume an operation credit plus token-based credits. Make's AI Provider is available on all plans; custom AI-provider connections are available on paid plans. Credits normally expire at the end of the subscription term, and extra-credit bundles are available on eligible paid plans.

Open verification questions
  • No current official Make AI-specific provision assigning ownership of generated output to the customer was verified; the general Master Services Agreement is therefore not presented as an output-rights guarantee.
  • The no-training statements were verified for Make AI Toolkit and Maia, but a single universal statement covering every Make AI feature, every connected third-party provider, and every customer configuration was not found.
  • The AI Toolkit statement that Make does not store data must be read alongside its explicit statement that interaction logs are retained in scenario logs for 30 days.
  • AI Agent functionality and pricing remain subject to beta-era changes where the applicable documentation labels the feature beta.

Official documentation says Make AI Toolkit can analyze sentiment, categorize, identify language, extract, standardize, summarize, translate, and chunk text. Its documentation states that Make does not store submitted AI data or use it to train AI, while separately noting that interaction data remains in standard scenario logs for 30 days. Make's Maia system card says prompts, scenario structures, and outputs are not used to train or fine-tune the underlying LLM; calls sent to an AI provider remain subject to Make's data-processing agreement with that provider. For Make AI Agent, use with Make's provider generally costs 1 credit per operation plus token/tool/embedding usage; custom-provider use generally costs operation credits while the external provider bills model tokens.
