- The pricing UI exposes a Teams Premium option with 5x Standard Agent limits, but its price was not reliably exposed in the official page's static content, so no price is reported.
- The public Terms assign Anysphere's rights in Suggestions but do not provide a blanket warranty that generated code is non-infringing or expressly guarantee commercial suitability.
The official Terms state that Anysphere will not use Content to train, or allow a third party to train, AI models unless the user explicitly agrees. The Privacy Policy identifies limited exceptions for security review, explicitly submitted feedback, or explicit training consent. Privacy Mode is available on free and paid individual plans; Cursor says that when enabled it will not train on the user's data and applies contractual and technical controls to model providers. Users retain their rights in Inputs, and Anysphere assigns to users any right, title, and interest it has in Suggestions. Official documentation describes Cursor as a coding agent for understanding codebases, planning and building features, fixing bugs, reviewing changes, and using integrations, MCP, rules, skills, hooks, cloud agents, and CLI workflows.
Starter is free with daily Agent credits, free daily usage, one published live project, and a built-in database. Core is $25 monthly or $20/month billed annually, includes two parallel agents and $25 toward the most powerful models. Pro is $100 monthly or $95/month billed annually, includes ten parallel agents, $100 toward the most powerful models, up to 15 collaborators, and premium support. Enterprise is custom-priced. Replit also uses effort-based/pay-as-you-go and usage-based billing for applicable AI, deployment, and database resources.

- The explicit Output Content ownership and no-training language is in the Commercial Agreement. The general consumer Terms do not publish an equally explicit assignment of rights in AI-generated Output.
- The pricing page labels free and included Agent allowances qualitatively rather than publishing exact numeric Agent-credit limits.
- Third-party AI services are excluded from the Commercial Agreement's definition of Replit AI Features and can be governed by separate provider terms.
Official documentation describes Replit Agent as turning plain-language requests into apps, designs, slides, and other artifacts. The Commercial Agreement states that commercial customers retain all rights in Input Content and own Output Content. Under the Commercial Agreement, Replit will not use Customer Content to develop or improve products, train machine-learning models, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted; customer-requested tuning may be performed solely for that customer's use during the agreement term. The consumer Terms state that users retain their rights in content they submit and grant Replit the operational rights needed to provide the service. Replit's Privacy Policy was last updated August 3, 2026 and covers collection of usage, interaction, project, command, payment, and communication data, along with applicable access, deletion, correction, appeal, and sale/sharing opt-out rights.
